Does every project need a discovery?
Yes. Discovery is a mandatory step in all our projects. That is where we identify the real need, map technical and business constraints, and define the most adequate path. Projects that skip this step tend to accumulate rework and unpredictable costs.
Does RDM only serve large companies?
No. We serve organizations of any size and segment, as long as there is a structured project with discovery. The criterion is not company size, but the seriousness and clarity of the problem to be solved.
How does project confidentiality work?
All RDM contracts include confidentiality clauses (NDA). We do not disclose client names, logos, screenshots or data that allow identification. This stance applies to every step of the relationship, including initial conversations.
How do you measure project success?
By metrics agreed during discovery, not by feeling. Each engagement delivers objective indicators — cycle time, error rate, throughput, SLA — measured before and after, in production. No metric, no delivery; no measured delivery, no next phase.
