RDM Soluções treats personal data protection as an integral part of every project. The approach is technical: we collect only what is strictly necessary, for the shortest time, with the least access possible — and every decision is recorded for audit.
Audience measurement
What we measure on this site
We use Google Analytics 4 only to understand traffic volume, pages visited and how visitors arrived. The legal basis is your consent (LGPD art. 7, I), collected through the cookie banner — before you accept, no identifier is stored on your device.
- No advertising: ad and remarketing features remain disabled.
- No cross-device tracking: Google Signals is disabled.
- No personal data: we never send names, emails, phone numbers or our own identifiers to Google.
- 14-month retention, after which event data is automatically discarded.
To withdraw consent at any time, use "Cookie preferences" in the footer — the banner returns and measurement reverts to the denied state.

This site has no contact form. Conversations happen over WhatsApp, and only the data below reaches us. No grey areas.

We guarantee the rights set out in art. 18 of the LGPD. The Data Protection Officer acknowledges receipt within 5 business days and answers access requests within 15 days, as required by art. 19.
