Enterprise engineering under NDA, with method.
We operate where secrecy, legacy integration and LGPD governance are not optional. Small team, senior, under nominal confidentiality agreement.
How we think
RDMSS is a software engineering boutique focused on critical enterprise operations. We were born from the understanding that serious projects do not fit in pretty demos: they fit in deep discovery, integration with what already exists, and metrics measured in production.
We do not publish client logos, do not share screenshots, do not cite specific numbers from engagements. Confidentiality is operational design from the first contact — not a clause that appears after the contract is signed.
Four non-negotiable principles
Secrecy as starting point
NDA before the first technical detail. Without asking, without negotiating, without exception.
Engineering > demo
We do not sell slides. We sell systems in production, with contractual SLA and a sustainment plan.
Metric as the deliverable
Indicator agreed in discovery, measured before and after. Without a metric, there is no delivery.
LGPD-native, not retrofit
Minimization, legal basis, retention and DPO designed at project zero, not retrofitted later.
Small, senior, under secrecy
Each delivery team member signs an individual confidentiality term. We do not publish the LinkedIn of an assigned professional, we do not cite names in cases. What matters is what we deliver — not who delivered it.
Where we have operated
Active and concluded engagements, in production, under NDA — grouped by nature, without client identification.
Confidentiality is the starting point.
If your project requires brand secrecy, legacy integration and auditable metrics, let's talk under NDA before the first detail.
